"SPAM" Filter Tips
- Avoid putting anything in the subject line that refers to money (loan, mortgage, credit, sale, etc.)
- Don’t use anything that has to do with sex (this includes adjectives like steamy, hot, as well as body parts and other obvious words), in the subject line or message body.
- Avoid using any words having to do with medicine (drugs, meds, pills, medication by name).
- Avoid words having to do with gambling, alcohol, travel, stocks, real estate.
- Discourage friends/non-business associates from sending you jokes, chain letters, large picture files, or mass mailings (such as evites) to your sacredheart.org mail account.
- Stick to school business. Generally this will keep the appropriate emails flowing unobstructed.
- I see all mail that gets stuck in spam filters, so don’t be sending stuff you would be uncomfortable sharing with others.
